Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you choose to cancel then you will be charged for expenses accrued to date.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States Only.

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the compexity of your product. Simple Custom products take days to weeks, while large fabricated electrical signage will take longer. Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic ordersfor an additional charge.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

For non-custom Products you may return your item within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

For Custom Products, Since each order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
